Friday, June 12th

Arrive in afternoon.  Practice fields available close to the Red Lion.

5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. - “Player social” will be held at the Red Lion, giving folks from around the world a chance to get acquainted off the pitch!

5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. – Player CIPP check in at Red Lion. All players need to be in alphabetical order with photo ID in hand. Your CIPP LIST (we are emailing you a form to use) needs to be returned via email to Bob Lesnansky by Monday, June 7th.

8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Coaches and Captain’s meeting at the Red Lion. Match times will be announced, referee presentation and discussion tournament details.

Banquet and tent rental checks are due at the CIPP check in. Banquet tickets will be distributed at this time. Make all checks out to:  ERRFU U-19

Saturday, June 16:

7:45 a.m. – Leave Red Lion for Aurora Sports Complex.

9:00 a.m. – Flag ceremony with your state flag on a short pole. Bagpiper.
                  Colorado Lt. Governor Barbara O'Brien in hand to celebrate Colorado 
                  Rugby Month and kick off the festivities.    Photo ops!

10:00 a.m. – First three matches kickoff.

5:00 p.m. – Last matches of the day conclude.

6:30 p.m. – Doors open at Red Lion for banquet.

7:00 p.m. – Banquet begins. Scholarship awards. U-19 speaker.
                  Featured speaker – Andre Bachelet

9:00 p.m. – Banquet finished.


Sunday's competition will *begin earlier in a effort to allow players and parents to take in the Churchill Cup Match(es) scheduled for Sunday, June 14th.

Sunday, June 18:

* 7:00 a.m. – Leave Red Lion

9:00 a.m. – First matches begin

10:00 a.m. – TRY Rugby, 2 Matches

11:00 a.m. – TRY Rugby, 2 Matches

12:00 p.m. – U-19 3rd place match on the Premier pitch.

1:00 p.m. – U-19 Championship match on the Premier pitch.

2:00 p.m. – Championship awards / All Tournament Team Awards Ceremony
